Hello families! My name is Miss Fatema. I am thrilled to be one of the Lead Teacher’s in the Caterpillar room at Miss Nicky‘s Preschool. I have always had a passion for working with young children. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing their faces light up when they grasp a new concept or skill. My favorite part of teaching is fostering children’s natural curiosity and creativity. I look forward to nurturing your child’s love of learning this year! I have been an educator for over 16 years. My strengths lie in promoting social-emotional growth through activities like sports, art and imaginative play that are fun and engaging. I shine in the classroom by being creative, patient, and supportive. I value diversity and inclusion and respect each child’s culture and background. I am also committed to regular communication with families and working together to give your child the best start.

Hello, my name is Miss Karina! I have been at Miss Nicky’s Preschool since the grand opening in 2011 and had the honor of being one of the Head Teachers in the Caterpillar Room. Growing up I always identified with the caregiver role. I have been working with children since I was 19 years old and have had the opportunity to create, plan, and execute various activities such as art-based units and music and movement curriculum. It is my passion to work with preschoolers because I enjoy seeing how their minds work, watching student’s master new skills, and observe as they grow and flourish. Young children have great imaginations, have a willingness to learn and I love being a part of that process every day. My goals are to help your family as a whole transition in to the preschool world, create a common ground where parents and I work together to ensure your child’s experience is a positive one. I am enthusiastic in helping your child experience independence and social skills while enjoying time with their friends. | |

Hello my name is Miss Jazmin and I am a Head Teacher at Miss Nicky’s Preschool. I started my teaching career at Miss Nicky’s Preschool in 2015 as a Teacher’s Aide and was quickly promoted to Head Teacher. My favorite part about teaching is being able to help children become independent while supporting their exploration and love of learning. My goal for my students at MNP is to support their learning through discovery and provide them with the opportunity to be successful throughout their school day. Children learn through play and personal experience, which is why I am also a lifelong learner while working with your children. Every day is a new day and a time to discover new things! Thank you for allowing me to spend time with your little one. It is a privilege to watch them grow and flourish. I feel that all of our students are unique, full of love and bright bundles of joy. I can’t wait to continue this journey and see what there is to come! |
